It will need to cover, at minimum, what the licensing and screener forms collect, how long submissions are kept, who at Heart-Felt Publishing can read them, whether analytics are used, and how someone asks for their data to be removed.
Terms of Use
Approved Terms of Use text to be supplied.
It will need to state clearly that submitting a request does not grant a license, that previews are for evaluation only, and that no right to copy, record, redistribute, or reuse the streamed audio and video is granted by listening to it.
Copyright and ownership
The original music, lyrics, videos, stories, characters, artwork, and written content on this site are owned by Heart-Felt Publishing or used with proper authorization. This does not extend to third-party software, development tools, licensed fonts, or other properly licensed outside assets used to build the site.
